Commune Lounge
Commune Lounge is located just downstairs from the Bastone Brewery, and it's one of the cooler spots in Royal Oak where you can hang out with the beautiful people and still feel like you're hiding out from the crowds. The contemporary industrial design doesn't feel overdone or too themed, and that's a nice change from the typical bars and clubs in the area. They've got six mouth watering craft-brewed beers on tap, all by Kim Schneider, Michigan's only female brewer. Lots of Belgian and French favorites round out a very appetizing menu. The music is a great mix of dance, pop, hip hop, techno, rock, and top 40, and they've got a great dance floor for those who want to get down. Great place to meet new people or hang out with good friends!
